    I received broken/damaged items on arrival.

    Our packaging team takes utmost care when preparing the package for shipping. If you believe, you’ve received a faulty or damaged product, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. Please reach out to the customer care team through our Help Desk and they’ll promptly resolve the issue as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.

    How can I change my order?

    If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us immediately though our Help Desk. It’s important to mention the Order Number / ID and submit the form using the same email address which was used for purchase.

    If your order has already been dispatched, you will unfortunately have to contact our Help Desk and go through our cancellation process.

    Why has my ordered not arrived yet?

    All orders are processed and delivered between 1 to 7 working days, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.

    If your order hasn’t arrived in more than 7 working days, please refer to your mailbox for shipping updates. Our team will reach out if there were any uninformed delays. Please contact us through our Help Center if you cannot find an update from our end.

    I ordered the wrong item.

    If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us immediately though our Help Desk. It’s important to mention the Order Number / ID and submit the form using the same email address which was used for purchase. The order cancellation and refunds are relatively quicker and seamless if the order hasn’t left our warehouse yet.

    If you have received the order, we can assist you with a replacement as per our Returns and Refunds policy, provided the product packaging hasn’t been opened yet. Please reach out to our Help Desk and our customer service team will assist you shortly.

    I wish to change my shipping address.
