If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us immediately though our Help Desk. It’s important to mention the Order Number / ID and submit the form using the same email address which was used for purchase. The order cancellation and refunds are relatively quicker and seamless if the order hasn’t left our warehouse yet.
